Ingredients
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 1 litre filtered water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice
- ½ tsp turmeric powder (optional)
- ½ tsp ginger powder
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients together in a jug and stir well. Leave to sit for about 15 minutes.
- 2. The chia seeds will start to form a slight gelatinous halo. This is normal.
