Ingredients
  1. 2tbsp chia seeds
  2. 1 litre filtered water
  3. Juice of ½ lemon
  4. 1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice
  5. ½ tsp turmeric powder (optional)
  6. ½ tsp ginger powder
Instructions
  1. 1. Add all ingredients together in a jug and stir well. Leave to sit for about 15 minutes.
  2. 2. The chia seeds will start to form a slight gelatinous halo. This is normal.
