Ingredients
200ml homemade plant milk (click here for recipe)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Dymatize ISO 100)
1 tub low fat Greek yogurt
Handful of frozen strawberries (you can use frozen berries or kiwi)
2 tbsp whole flaxseeds
Sprinkle of chia on top (optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
This keeps well in the fridge for up to two days. It may separate, but a quick stir with a spoon and it becomes just as fresh.
